To ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our guests, we kindly request you to adhere
to the following hotel policies:

• Guest Room Access: For security reasons, visitors of registered guests are not
  permitted in guest rooms.
• Couples Policy: Accommodation is not provided to unmarried or unrelated couples.
• Local ID Restriction: Guests with local identification are not permitted to stay.
• Prohibited Items & Activities:
  o Consumption of non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
  o Alcohol and smoking are not allowed within the hotel premises.
• Clothing Care: Please refrain from drying clothes within the hotel premises.
• Lost Key Policy: A fee of ₹250 will be charged for lost key cards
• Additional Items: Cover charges apply for extra crockery and cutlery requests.

• ID Verification: Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests
  at the time of check-in. Failure to produce proper ID may result in the denial of
  accommodation.
• Right of Admission: The hotel reserves the right to admission and may deny entry or

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be fully refunded.
If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
